Galatians 6:9
The tax collectors referred to in Matt 9:9-12 are classified as very crooked people. You won’t see the dark side of people until they start handling money.
Religious people are people that follow rules and regulations when you are connected by your spirit to Jesus Christ, you are not under the Law because He has fulfilled the Law.
Jesus Christ said if anyone wants to follow Him, he must love God, himself and people in a balanced way.
The law will bind you but grace and mercy of Jesus Christ will say no when anyone wants to condemn you.
Jesus knows what is inside you. There are great men and women here today who are afflicted by the mental sickness but Jesus knows you.
It is good to say anytime you wake up. “This is the day the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it”. Each day we wake up is a miracle.
Each time we have a bad dream, God is revealing what is about to happen so that we can know how to pray.
In Matt 9:9, Jesus Christ singled out Matthew. There was something inside him that told him he was a disciple of Jesus Christ. This Singular Miracle draw other tax collectors close to Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ was a friend of sinners. He never condemned them, but only the Pharisees and Sadducees.
He loved sitting with sinners because He knows that He came for them. He came to destroy all the works of the devil.
Pastor Israel’s joy is to be with the patients, to fellowship with them. God allowed the patients to be brought here in order for them to grow. We grow more when we are in pains.
In your wilderness, you have more of self-control. Self-control is the anchor of the fruit of the spirit in Galatians 5:22-23.
To have weakness is to be in the midst of situations and not be able to do anything about it.
This mental illness is a 20% medical and 80% spiritual problem. When Jesus removes the root of this problem, the medication dosage begins to reduce to nothing. The doctors can decide to reduce the medication dosage to nil depending on how much the patients dwell on the word of God.
God can show you your future but if you are not walking on the narrow path, you may never fulfill it. If God has showed you your calling, you must never entangle yourself with the civilian life. A soldier must not entangle himself with the affairs of Civilians.
God does not want us to be self-sufficient. Even when He is taking us to a new level, we will not know until we’ve entered. He wants our eyes to be fixed only on Him.
If we don’t cry to God every day, the devil will catch us in his trap.
Deception is seeing things above what they really are. Delusion is a by-product of madness. We have emotions but our emotions must not have us.
When we see things going slowly, God has His reasons. He is not slow but patient.
The highest form of warfare is love walk. It is to begin to get involved in other people’s lives. Look for ways to reach out to others. It is also to pursue and seek peace if possible with all men.
You must make allowances for people and pray for them especially for quarreling people because they are sick.
It is wicked to not use what God has invested in you. If you have a stubborn problem, begin to walk in love.
Lastly, intercessory prayer is the highest form of prayer. It is standing between a person and God. You are petitioning, supplicating and pleading before God for that person.
If people called by God are not asking Him for help, they may never get to that highest level in a long time.
Failure is not trying at all. Only God promotes, if you want promotion, look outside yourself.
To covet/lust is to go after things. To complain means to tell God that He does not know what He is doing.
Look outside yourself, if not, we will begin to crave and lust after things and will become frustrated.
God wants us not to give up. We must wait on the Lord. Galatians 6:9 tells us that if we are not careful, we can become weary in doing good.
